The candidate seeking a job in this domain must at least have passed a senior secondary or a matriculation exam. It would be much better if you have a plus two or a bachelor's degree with good marks as some reputed organizations and especially banks require a 60 percent cut-off in graduation to qualify for this post. A basic knowledge of computer is prerequisite and proficiency is implicit pertaining to the assignments you are going to handle here.

A computer diploma or certificate is an added plus; better if you are well versed in Tally or ERP. To add credibility to your profile you can attempt the qualifying exams such as SSC Data Entry Exam, Delhi DSSB Data Entry Operator Exam or a state level test like Haryana HSSC Data Entry Operator Exam. A post graduate diploma will further enhance your chances in this arena. Keep in mind that at most venues, a first class in graduation is mandatory.
